Teleflex, a global specialty medical device company, wanted to improve engagement with its educational programming and awareness campaigns so customers would be more likely to adopt and use its devices. The company worked with Motiva AI and used its Send Time Optimization capability to help increase open rates for these nurture campaigns.
Motiva AI implemented its Per-Contact Send Time AI to analyze historical open data and predict the best time to reach each contact. The result was a 300–400% increase in unique open rates for Teleflex’s educational nurture campaigns, and Teleflex later planned to use Motiva AI’s Persona reporting to find additional segmentation opportunities and further refine message content.
