Payless ShoeSource, a leading specialty family footwear retailer with roughly 3,600 stores and a significant presence in U.S. cities and Latin America, identified the need to better serve its large Hispanic customer base online. The challenge was to offer an inclusive, culturally authentic Spanish shopping experience—not just literal translation—to increase engagement and loyalty among Spanish-speaking shoppers in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
