Qwick, the professional staffing platform for hospitality, faced growing pains as its finance team relied on Google Sheets and manual pulls from disconnected systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce, ADP, Divvy, Snowflake). Preparing board packs, updating CAC/LTV, and producing reliable revenue and cash forecasts was slow and error-prone, so Qwick turned to Mosaic’s FP&A platform to centralize data and improve forecasting and financial collaboration.
Mosaic implemented direct integrations, rebuilt Qwick’s financial model with 3‑statement tools and Metric Builder, and helped create department-level dashboards and commentary for non-finance leaders. The change put live data at users’ fingertips, brought 40 company users into regular use, cut CAC:LTV build time by 2–3 hours/month, reduced board prep from weeks to 1–2 days, and improved cash-planning accuracy by about 20% — with board members now able to view real-time results in Mosaic.
