Forage, an education-technology company operating in the US, UK and Australia, struggled with multiple Xero ERP instances, manual expense analysis, currency conversions and slow global data consolidation. Mosaic connected Forage’s two Xero instances, automated currency translation and eliminations, and helped implement department-based tagging and best-practice reporting via its Customer Success team. As a result, Forage achieved automated global analysis in 48 hours, saved roughly 20 hours per month on data consolidation, cut book-close timelines to 3 days, and gained consolidated visibility for reporting, forecasting and department-level P&Ls thanks to Mosaic.
