Morse Watchmans Key Control Systems Keeps Desert Diamond Casinos at the Top of Their Game

The Tohono O’odham Nation, a major Arizona tribe and operator of four Desert Diamond Casinos, sought to improve its security infrastructure and ensure compliance with strict state and tribal key management regulations. They partnered with vendor Morse Watchmans to upgrade their existing systems to the new KeyWatcher Touch solution.

Morse Watchmans implemented the KeyWatcher Touch system, which provides automated transaction logging, a three-man rule for restricted key access, and integration with existing employee ID badges. This upgrade centralized control, created a common user database for easier management, and introduced automatic SMS and email notifications. The solution enabled the Nation to more quickly and easily comply with all regulations and provided enhanced operational features for locating and managing keys across all casino properties.
