Automated Key Control Secures Award-Winning NBC Tower

NBC Tower, an award-winning office building in Chicago, required a more reliable method to control and track its 200-plus physical keys to maintain security accountability and eliminate missing keys. To address this, they worked with vendor Morse Watchmans to implement the KeyWatcher Touch key control system.

The Morse Watchmans solution provided secure, tamper-proof key cabinets with biometric access and automatic tracking, which held users accountable and provided real-time status alerts. The system's customizable language feature also improved efficiency for the Polish-speaking cleaning staff. The results included increased key accountability, a significant decrease in key requests, and a much easier management process for security personnel.
