Case Study: Fujitsu achieves self-service, automated cloud provisioning and rapid customer onboarding with Morpheus Data

A Morpheus Data Case Study

Preview of the Fujitsu Case Study

Provisioning VMs, Containers, and Applications is now as easy as an online shopping cart

Fujitsu, a global IT services provider, needed to simplify and accelerate provisioning across complex hybrid environments while centralizing management of thousands of servers and petabytes of storage. To eliminate manual handoffs and deliver a self-service experience, Fujitsu selected Morpheus Data’s unified orchestration platform to power a service catalogue and user-friendly portal integrated with existing tools like ServiceNow, Active Directory, Ansible, and Terraform.

Morpheus Data powered the Fujitsu Service Hub launched in 2022, enabling customers to order private, public, or hybrid cloud services with role-based access and automated lifecycle workflows. The result: about 60% of deployments are now fully automated, customer onboarding shrank from four–six weeks to under a week, Kubernetes environments can be provisioned in a day and standard databases within an hour, while delivering improved cost control, security, and scalability.
