The customer, a North Carolina-based startup called WarmHub, was seeking to build smarter and more accessible robots by integrating LLMs. Their challenge was finding an effective way to implement complex semantic behaviors, such as instructing a robot to drive to a specific object by name, without a solution that offered both high accuracy and great performance.

By using the Moondream model, they were able to implement these semantic behaviors far more easily than with any other method. The solution provided by Moondream delivered excellent accuracy and performance, which was a first for this specific robotics use case in the LLM space, allowing WarmHub to advance their development of intelligent robotic systems.
