GETT Group, a global electronics manufacturer, faced challenges in implementing its strategic objectives using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method, which lacked focus and employee acceptance. This ineffective strategy execution weakened their focus on business transformation. They sought an alternative and chose to adopt the OKR framework, requiring a more user-friendly tool than their previous cumbersome Excel solution, leading them to the vendor Mooncamp.
The solution was the implementation of Mooncamp’s OKR software, chosen for its simplicity and user-friendliness. As a result, GETT Group saw a significant increase in efficiency for strategy implementation. After the first OKR period, they received positive feedback that they were achieving significantly more than with the BSC method. Mooncamp enabled better focus on strategic objectives and reduced the administrative burden of tracking them, with employees strongly preferring it over returning to Excel.
