Unilabs, a pharmaceutical group with 2,300 employees across 159 medical laboratory sites, faced the complex challenge of improving the Quality of Work Life (QWL) across its disparate locations. Their primary goals were to empower their staff, increase autonomy, and improve overall organization and management. To address this multi-site challenge, Unilabs partnered with the vendor Moodwork to implement a modern solution.
Moodwork provided a platform that was adopted by employees as a simple and engaging tool for understanding and improving their QWL. The solution’s straightforward onboarding led to a 50% increase in usage during the pilot phase. Moodwork’s implementation resulted in significantly improved internal relations and a calmer social climate, outcomes which were so positive that Unilabs decided to deploy the tool for its entire workforce.
