Premier Restaurants Romania, the developmental licensee for McDonald's in Romania, was already a music client of Mood Media but sought to modernize its point-of-sale communications. Their objective was to implement a fully digital, flexible, and high-performance solution to enhance the in-store experience across its over 100 locations.

Mood Media designed and installed a comprehensive digital signage ecosystem, which included digital menu boards, video walls, and info kiosks, all managed by their proprietary Harmony CMS. The vendor also provided ongoing content creation and continued to curate dynamic overhead music. This digital transformation elevated the customer experience and supported operational goals by enabling staff to better inform and upsell to guests, which helped reinforce the brand and boost sales performance.
