Pandora, a global jewelry brand with 2,100+ stores in more than 100 countries, faced inconsistent in‑store experiences because franchise locations were not playing the same music and lacked coordinated digital signage. Pandora needed a single partner to deliver licensed, brand‑aligned music plus a digital signage solution (players, software, content and installation) to ensure a consistent, contemporary retail atmosphere — a gap filled by Mood Media.

Mood Media designed two custom, track‑by‑track music programs (automatically updated every 60 days) and deployed digital signage (ICON Frame on commercial Samsung screens) plus interactive tablet displays and professional sound systems (Bose/Lowell), all centrally managed via Mood Media’s web control. The result was a consistent, immersive in‑store experience across Pandora’s global footprint, improved customer engagement and the ability for corporate to control content and drive more sales, along with ongoing support and operational peace of mind.
