Marshall’s Jewelers, a family-owned jeweler serving the southwestern Boston suburbs since 1954, needed a reliable, fully licensed in-store music solution with a wide program selection to suit its diverse clientele. After years of trying different providers, owner Richard Goldberg turned to Mood Media and its Mix Pro music service (paired with the Mood Profusion iS device), building on an existing relationship using Mood’s in-store Scent service.

Mood Media implemented Mix Pro so Marshall’s can create custom mixes and schedule playlists by daypart, with music regularly downloaded to the Mood Profusion iS for seamless playback. The result is targeted, licensed music that improves the in-store experience, reduces licensing risk, and delivers cost savings by bundling Music with the existing Scent service—so much so that Marshall’s plans to expand Mood Media for music, scent, and sound systems in future locations.
