Mama Fu’s Asian House - Customer Case Study

Mama Fu’s Asian House, a fast-casual chain serving Asian-inspired dishes, faced the challenge of using digital technology to introduce new menu items, improve up-selling and educate diners without compromising its clean, contemporary Flex-Casual look. Mood Media worked with Mama Fu’s to develop a bespoke digital signage strategy that respected the brand’s aesthetic while addressing needs across corporate and franchise locations.

Mood Media’s team (Mood Visual Designers and Mood Music Design) implemented the Digital DNA platform: three 42-inch eye-level screens with dynamic marketing zones, two 24-inch built-in takeout screens with promo panels, high-definition imagery and a tailored soundtrack. The solution “immediately engages guests,” preserved the restaurant’s stylish feel, supported the Flex-Casual model, and after a successful test in one company-owned location was rolled out to all company-owned stores, marking a clear operational win for Mood Media and Mama Fu’s.
