Earth Fare, a national natural and organic supermarket chain, wanted to elevate its café experience, increase “eat in” food sales and differentiate from other grocery retailers. To meet these goals they partnered with Mood Media and adopted Mood Digital Signage solutions, including 55" ultra-HD screens, digital menu boards, live TV and the Harmony Brand Experience Platform for centralized content and audio/visual management.

Mood Media installed professionally mounted screens, redundant media players and the Harmony CMS to provide enterprise scheduling, easy content updates and failover reliability. In a 60-day case study (Mar–May 2019) at an Earth Fare Charlotte location, the Mood Media solution drove a measurable 10% increase in “eat in” food category sales, improved customer engagement and proved scalable and easy for Earth Fare to manage.
