Mood Media partnered with Choice’s Franchisee Solutions and brand teams (for example Cambria Suites) to roll out tailored music, messaging and scent programs that let each hotel distinguish itself and deliver a memorable stay. The result: many Choice Hotels have adopted these sensory elements to improve lobbies and pools and elevate the guest experience across the franchise network, demonstrating broad uptake across Choice’s portfolio.
