Ben Sherman, the British fashion brand founded in 1963, wanted to deepen customer engagement and reinforce its heritage-driven identity across flagship and satellite stores. Mood Media was brought in to deliver an in-store audio-visual experience, using curated music, digital signage, and sound systems to match Ben Sherman’s Mod-inspired image.

Mood Media created a tailored playlist blending Mods, 2 Tone & Ska, 1960s R&B and ’90s Brit Pop and installed an LED wall and 55" screen to display catalog and tailoring visuals. The Mood Media solution was rolled out at the Covent Garden flagship and other UK and US locations, enhancing the in-store atmosphere, strengthening brand identity and improving customer engagement.
