SuitePad, a provider of award-winning in-room tablets for the hospitality industry, faced the challenge of integrating its guest engagement platform with multiple complex Property Management Systems (PMS). Monterail provided a team extension that included backend development and a project manager who took over key logistical and coordination responsibilities. They later suggested and onboarded a QA engineer to improve product quality. The solution delivered by Monterail achieved successful integration with five major PMS providers: Mews, Protel, Maxxton, Sihot, and Infor HMS. This resulted in a stronger product offer for SuitePad, with 90,000 licenses under contract and an enhanced ability to help hotels engage guests digitally.
