The customer, Office Administrators, faced the challenge of managing their hybrid workplace after COVID-19 restrictions were reduced. They needed an efficient way for employees to book desks to meet safety regulations, document who was present in the office, and reduce the administrative workload on their office manager. The vendor, Monterail, developed a solution using Flutter to create the Office Desk Reservation App (ODRA).

Monterail implemented a cross-platform desk reservation app that streamlined the booking process and allowed employees to request specific equipment for their workspace. The solution successfully eased the office manager's workload and created an efficient list of people present in the office for contact tracing purposes.
