Using Monsido Web Governance Tool to Enforce Best Practice Policies

County of Nevada, a local government website with more than 50 business lines and 10,000+ pages, faced eroding content governance that produced thousands of broken links, misspellings and other QA issues. To address this, the County of Nevada adopted the Monsido Web Governance Tool to automatically crawl the site and enforce best-practice policies across many disparate content creators.

Monsido delivered automated scans, broken-link detection and in-page error highlighting that fit into the County of Nevada’s workflow (used several times weekly by a part-time employee and by 50–80 content creators). The first scan uncovered roughly 1,800–1,900 misspellings and many broken links; fixes were implemented immediately, saving the organization hundreds of hours, re-engaging content owners, and establishing Monsido as a core governance tool for the county’s website redesign.
