Case Study: United Texas Credit Union achieves better website quality and cost savings with Monsido

A Monsido Case Study

Preview of the United Texas Credit Union Case Study

User-Friendly Solutions for Ensuring Website Quality

United Texas Credit Union, led by Marketing Director Karla Sarran, needed a more budget-friendly, user-friendly way to manage website quality after their previous provider became cost prohibitive. They struggled with backend issues, recurring SEO errors (notably on their blog), and a lack of in-house technical staff to maintain the site. To address this, they adopted Monsido, primarily using its SEO and Quality Assurance modules to surface errors, set content policies, and guide non-technical users through fixes.

Monsido’s tools provide prioritized issue lists, step-by-step remediation guidance, and ongoing scans (500 pages scanned) that fit into the weekly workflow, allowing staff to fix broken links, images, coding and tagging problems and improve SEO practices. As a result, Monsido enabled non-technical team members to take control of site quality, helped the credit union save money, formalize content policies, and track progress — outcomes that have led United Texas Credit Union (customer since 2016) to consider expanding Monsido use to Accessibility.
