A not-for-profit organisation takes on web accessibility through Monsido’s PageAssist

Diversity Works NZ, the national body for workplace diversity and inclusion in New Zealand, faced the challenge of making its existing website accessible with limited staff and time-consuming manual checks. After evaluating options, they selected Monsido’s PageAssist tool as an easy-to-use, affordable way to offer visitors more control over how they experience site content and navigation.

Monsido implemented PageAssist — an accessibility toolbar overlay that lets users adjust form elements, fonts, colors and navigation — enabling Diversity Works NZ to improve access without a costly site rebuild. With Monsido’s support and training, the rollout was smooth, saved resources, reduced manual work, and helped the organisation “walk the talk” by raising awareness and delivering tangible accessibility improvements.
