They turned to vendor Monotype to implement a cloud-based enterprise solution, Monotype Fonts, to modernize their font technology and support their global consolidation.
Monotype collaborated closely with Bauer from the start to implement Monotype Fonts. The solution included remote deployment, a desktop app VPN, and SSO mapping to provide personalized access for hundreds of teams worldwide. The results were significant, including over 16,000 automatic font syncs that streamlined creative work and reduced admin time. The successful font management implementation, which licensed over 50,000 fonts, served as a model for Bauer's broader digital transformation.
