LeBoulanger, a bakery and catering provider, needed a way to manage platform consistency and scale its catering business. To address that challenge they partnered with MonkeySoft Solutions and deployed the MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering services, first at their flagship location and then systemwide within six months.

MonkeySoft Solutions implemented the MonkeyCatering/MonkeyOnlineOrdering platform and supported a trained call center to route orders to the best location, improving production, order fulfillment and in-store service focus. As a result, LeBoulanger’s catering sales rose 15% to 26% year-over-year after full implementation (notably 25.9% in 2010–2011 and 16.7% in 2011–2012), with ongoing support from MonkeySoft Solutions cited as a key factor.
