TinyFish, an AI agent platform, needed to provide highly accurate web research and data extraction for enterprises. Their challenge was building a retrieval system capable of powering thousands of AI agents that autonomously browse and extract data, requiring fast and precise embeddings to understand unstructured web content at scale. They worked with vendor MongoDB and used Voyage AI models within that ecosystem.

The solution implemented by MongoDB involved TinyFish using Voyage AI’s voyage-3.5 embedding model and rerank-2.5 model for precise product matching and reranking, combined with MongoDB Atlas for data storage. This allowed TinyFish to transform noisy web data into fresh, structured intelligence for clients. The outcome eliminated weeks of traditional ETL processing, accelerating enterprise decision-making in areas like competitive pricing and product matching.
