NatWest sought to improve its international payments offering for SMEs—who lacked the transparency, reporting and ease of use afforded to larger customers—and ran a competitive pitch that selected Money Mover to deliver a fit‑for‑purpose SME international payments solution. Money Mover was engaged to provide a white‑labelled version of its payments platform in a six‑month pilot, combining NatWest branding with Money Mover’s SME‑focused UI/UX and payment capabilities.

Money Mover implemented a white‑label platform with clearer fee and transaction transparency, activity reporting, proof‑of‑payment tools, supplementary KYC and dedicated support for pilot customers. The pilot processed over £400,000 of payments, generated detailed customer feedback for NatWest, opened opportunities such as trade finance and boosted Relationship Manager engagement—demonstrating that Money Mover’s secure, user‑centric solution can scale within a major bank.
