Reebok Uses Machine Learning Built Into Monetate to Adapt to Changing Customer Intent Across Seasons

Reebok aimed to become the world's most personalized sporting goods brand but found that generic marketing would not suffice. To meet its objectives of predicting consumer intent and creating one-to-one journeys, the company partnered with the personalization vendor Monetate and leveraged its platform, specifically its Automated Personalization capability that uses machine learning.

Using Monetate, Reebok implemented three personalized experiences, including unique homepage carousels and dynamic product pages. This solution delivered a 4.2% lift in Revenue per Session, a 5.5% increase in Add-to-Cart Rate, and a 12.2% improvement in Click-Through Rate. The success with Monetate provided valuable customer insights and allowed Reebok to scale its personalization strategy across multiple regions.
