Climb Base5 - Customer Case Study

Climb Base5, a rock-climbing gym in North Vancouver and Coquitlam, was taken over by Danielle Poggi in 2014 after struggling financially and was rebranded to build a more welcoming, community-focused space. As the business grew, Climb Base5 looked to Moneris for help creating an ecommerce store to expand merchandise sales and better serve its climbing community.

Moneris worked with Climb Base5 to support the move into ecommerce, giving the gym a new way to sell products online while continuing to grow its gyms, portable climbing wall, and retail presence. The result was greater reach for Climb Base5’s merchandise and a stronger ability to connect with more customers through Moneris, helping the business deepen engagement and support its continued growth.
