A major UK retailer and its poultry supplier partnered with Mondra to prepare for net zero and Scope 3 emissions reporting. Their challenge was to integrate primary, farm-level emissions data into a broad range of poultry products to enhance emissions visibility and build a framework for credible carbon reduction planning.

Mondra implemented its Net Zero solution, which automated supplier onboarding and integrated a primary farm emission factor. This updated the digital twins of numerous poultry products, significantly improving their Data Quality System scores; for example, one SKU's score improved from 3.3 to 2.0. The results enabled the creation of a shared, data-driven decarbonization plan between the retailer and supplier and laid the groundwork for future verified product-level carbon claims.
