Their goal was to integrate verifiable, farm-level carbon data directly into their pork and poultry supply chains to establish a measurable foundation for achieving Scope 3 reductions.

Mondra's solution enabled the automated onboarding of suppliers and the integration of primary farm emissions factors into product-level digital twins. This process resulted in significant data quality improvements; for instance, the data quality score for one pork mince product improved from 3.0 to 2.1.
