Transform Finance is a small, quirky nonprofit whose lean administrative team was losing track of calls, emails, meetings, trainings and research—tasks and correspondence were slipping through the cracks. Eric Horvath and the program team needed a simple, centralized way to organize work so everyone could stay aligned.

They built a custom admin/ops board on monday.com, organizing work into groups (staffing, social media, misc.) and custom columns for owner, support, phase, priority and time, plus attachments and a Gantt view. The result: a single source of truth that keeps tasks visible and assigned, boosts productivity, and eliminates the pileup of unused Google Docs.
