Snappyeats, represented by Niall Sheena, needed a better way to manage high volumes of restaurant leads and the three required onboarding paperwork sets for each client. Before using a board system they relied on sprawling notes and Excel sheets, which caused missed documents, bad client impressions, and time-consuming status reporting.

They implemented a monday board template with staged groups (Active leads → Signed up → Restaurants onboarding → Completed), tracking dates, notes, and paperwork for each lead and allowing managers and other teams to view progress. The result is a clear visual workflow that scaled from a small pilot, reduced lost leads and manual reporting, sped up handoffs to Operations, and protected revenue.
