We are a stealth-mode business-transformation startup that works in a partnership model—every contributor is a partner in profit sharing—so it’s critical to track tasks, time and deadlines by team member and project phase. Managing consultancy work on marketing strategy for a design and architecture firm exposed a risk of getting buried in emails, reminders and scattered calendar entries.

To solve this we built a simple Monday.com board to assign tasks, share updates, and log time against projects and phases. The template immediately made it easy to stay connected, reduced inbox and calendar chaos, and gave clear visibility into who was doing what; it meets current needs today and is ready to evolve as the company and project complexity grow.
