Managers at our company oversee teams of interns, each of whom uses a personal board to track their work. Coordinating assignments via email and Google Docs was inefficient and made it hard to see priorities and status, so we needed a single, simple place for managers to assign tasks and for interns to know what to do.
We implemented monday’s "Task list for each of your team members" template: managers create a pulse for each task, add context in the update pane, and set priority, assignee, status, date added and timeline.
