We built a monday.com project submission and tracking template that lets reps create a project, add submission dates and assignees, track four task stages with color-coded status bars, and capture key financials (GM $, GM%, PO numbers) — all viewable on a single mobile-friendly pulse. The result: clearer, consistent communication, faster follow-ups, improved close rates and team efficiency, and the ability to keep projects moving even when staff are absent.
