Sevencapital needed a better way to plan, write, produce and approve content across teams. Relying on Asana and Excel left visibility gaps, slow approvals and duplicated effort, and the team wanted a central system to track evergreen pieces, design needs and distribution channels.

They implemented monday’s Content Calendar template, adding custom fields (title, author, status, publish date, category/tags, links, social shares, persona, gated/approved) and a duplicated board for evergreen content. The centralized board improved cross-team collaboration and senior review, brought all channels together (design, outreach, SEO, PR), and freed time to focus on creating and distributing content more effectively.
