MyMarketInsight’s Client Delivery Team, which supports Sales, Client Productions and Sales Support, was struggling to manage incoming client queries. Requests arrived via email, GitLab or informal conversations, leaving the team unaware of how many queries were outstanding, who was working on what, whether items were done, or if they had capacity to meet deadlines — often causing overpromises and frustration.
They implemented a monday.com board where each pulse is a client query with fields for sender, assigned analysts, estimated time, due date, status and linked documents, and pulses move between status groups. The board created one source of truth: fewer emails, clear ownership, better resource planning, an audit trail of closed queries, realistic deadlines and calmer, more confident teams — and, most importantly, happier clients.
