They implemented a monday template—creating groups per active project, pulses for each task, assigning a “Captain,” and adding status, priority and due-date fields. The centralized board made it easy to add and adjust work, improved visibility and focus across the team, reduced missed deadlines and relieved the pressure of remembering tasks mentioned in passing.
