Manage the events where we participate

Wix.com’s engineering team needed a simple way to manage all the meetups and conferences they participate in across multiple offices. Without a central system, event details lived in emails, spreadsheets and personal notes, causing misalignment, resource conflicts and overlapping commitments.

They created a single monday.com board where each row is an event (grouped by country) and columns capture URL, event type, date, location and participation status, with filters to show who’s attending. The result is a visual, at-a-glance view that improved communication, shared context across offices and increased efficiency, keeping the team aligned and avoiding chaos.
