The Argentine Red Cross, based in Buenos Aires with 66 divisions and nearly 10,000 volunteers, struggled with slow, manual paper-based workflows and a patchwork of disconnected tools (email, WhatsApp, Google Drive) that hindered coordination across the country. Those inefficiencies became critical when COVID‑19 hit and the organization needed to scale reporting and field operations quickly.

Working with partner Drew, they rolled out monday.com—initially at management level and then organization‑wide in under a week—to centralize COVID reporting, emergency operations, donations, purchasing and inventory.
