Using monday.com, RMI built centralized boards and automations for candidate tracking, interview coordination, onboarding, IT handoffs, and reporting. The result was a more transparent and efficient process: candidate emails that once took days could now be sent to 50 candidates in one day, back-and-forth with hiring teams dropped significantly, and leadership gained live dashboards for hiring and diversity metrics.
