Conduit Mobile, launched in 2011, helps content providers and developers build and distribute apps without coding and grew rapidly from a 15-person startup to a 60-person company across multiple locations. That expansion made communication and coordination difficult: emails were noisy, releases could be missed, and project knowledge was scattered across threads and inboxes.
Conduit adopted dapulse (now monday) as their central work tool, putting all project materials, updates and discussions in one place, requiring releases to be posted there and letting people subscribe to what matters. The result: they stopped using release emails, improved cross‑department visibility and participation, reduced irrelevant messages, and gained a searchable history of processes and decisions.
