The challenge was centralizing ideas and assets, ensuring consistent formats and client approvals, assigning clear ownership, and reducing constant follow-ups from the sales team while also providing an on-boarding resource for new starters.
They implemented a shared monday.com template—an honor-system idea pool plus Scheduled and Completed groups—with clear columns for Account Manager, Category, Writer/PM, Facts, long/short copy, infographic and client approval, and traffic-light status colors. All assets and approval records live in infoboxes, creating a single source of truth that standardizes output, speeds approvals, reduces friction and interruptions, clarifies responsibility, and doubles as a quick learning hub for new employees.
