The solution streamlined workflows, improved information flow and reporting quality, and allowed staff to focus more on core event operations. It also enabled complex cost tracking and subsidy calculations, facilitated a new price list in 2011, and supported purchasing and invoicing processes, helping International Conference Centre Geneva become more efficient and responsive to customers.
