International Conference Centre Geneva needed a more flexible event management solution to handle a wide range of conferences in a multi-organization environment. Before 2004, it relied on several disconnected tools, including Excel and email, which made facility booking, reporting, and data management difficult. Momentus Technologies, through its Ungerboeck Software platform, was selected to replace these systems and support the centre’s complex operational needs.
Momentus Technologies implemented Ungerboeck Software in phases, adding hosted services, CRM, facility booking, event management, contract management, purchasing, and invoicing. The solution streamlined workflows, improved information flow and reporting quality, and allowed staff to focus more on core event operations. It also enabled complex cost tracking and subsidy calculations, facilitated a new price list in 2011, and supported purchasing and invoicing processes, helping International Conference Centre Geneva become more efficient and responsive to customers.
