Performing arts center seeks software to grow alongside its business

The Hult Center for the Performing Arts, part of Eugene, Oregon’s city government, needed a better way to manage bookings, reporting, and event information after outgrowing its custom-built system and paper “Big Black Book.” Staff wanted real-time access to schedules and documents without relying on one manager for every update, and they needed software that could support growth while improving service to city leaders, promoters, and patrons.
