OCESA, one of the world’s largest entertainment companies, was struggling to manage 13 venues and thousands of live events using spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and event knowledge stored in employees’ heads. The company needed a better way to share event information, track budgets, manage live events across owned and third-party venues, and improve customer service. Momentus Technologies, then known through its Ungerboeck software, was brought in to replace manual processes.

With everything in one system, OCESA gained better control and visibility into event costs and revenue, improved knowledge sharing, and saved significant time on spreadsheets and administrative work.
