Busy convention center finds greater efficiency, better reporting, and improved employee interactions after adopting Ungerboeck Software

Emerald Coast Convention Center needed a better way to evaluate booking opportunities, improve reporting, and manage events more efficiently while balancing revenue goals with the broader economic impact on the community. The center had been using disconnected tools and manual processes that created errors, limited reporting, and made it difficult for staff to coordinate events and communicate across departments. Momentus Technologies, then known in the case study as Ungerboeck Software, was chosen to replace that outdated approach.

Momentus Technologies implemented a single event management platform covering CRM, contracts, booking, event management, accounts receivable, iEBMS, and reporting. With the new system, Emerald Coast Convention Center gained stronger checks and balances, easier reuse of past event data, and custom reporting to measure economic impact. The center said four event coordinators save at least five to seven hours per week, it avoided hiring additional sales managers, and staff morale and client interactions improved thanks to better communication and fewer administrative tasks.
