Stade Toulousain, a renowned French rugby club, needed a centralized platform to manage tens of thousands of media assets to better engage its supporters and sponsors. Their challenge was the time-consuming manual indexing required to sort content and make it rapidly accessible to players, internal departments, and partners. They chose the Moments Lab Cloud Media Hub to solve this with an AI-powered solution.

Moments Lab implemented its Media Hub, which uses Multimodal AI for automatic face and logo detection to index content into dedicated collections. This allowed players and sponsors to instantly access relevant photos via a web browser or a mobile app for easy sharing. The solution saved significant time and improved engagement; as of mid-2022, it hosted 16,820 photos, with AI trained to recognize 77 people and 10-20 sponsor logos for 89 users.
