The French Federation of Football (FFF) faced the challenge of managing and monetizing a massive daily influx of photos and videos from its many championships and events. To continue its digital transformation, the FFF needed a cloud-based media asset management (MAM) solution to index its vast archive and create a platform for content commercialization, leading them to partner with Moments Lab.
Moments Lab implemented its AI-powered cloud media hub, using multimodal AI to index the FFF's recovered archive of over 80TB of video and to recognize 3,000 key personalities. The solution provides secure cloud storage and a highly customizable platform that now serves 50 internal users and 1,500 external users, including sponsors and journalists. The FFF now efficiently ingests approximately 160 hours of video and 5,000 photos monthly, immediately making assets available for use and monetization.
