Soomlab boosts sales 3x with Moloco Studio

Soomlab, a Korean ecommerce company selling high-tech masks, faced challenges when its ads were frequently pulled down due to COVID-19 restrictions on major platforms like Facebook and Google. This hindered their aggressive overseas expansion plans. They turned to Moloco, utilizing its Moloco Cloud and Moloco Studio services, to find untapped advertising inventories and improve their creative strategy.

Moloco Studio analyzed Soomlab's existing creatives and developed new, data-driven variations, emphasizing clear discount information and using photos of people wearing the masks. They also introduced short vertical video assets. Through A/B testing, Moloco identified the highest-performing concepts. The new creatives delivered by Moloco Studio generated more than twice the sales for image ads and three times the sales for video ads, while also increasing click-through rates. Based on the results, Moloco Studio continued to provide optimized creative updates, producing a total of 17 deliverables to support the campaign.
